Brian Meade  President

Brian Meade is the founding Principal and President of Legacy Construction Management, Inc. with over twenty-four (24) years of experience in the fields of Construction Management, General Contracting, and Architecture.   He is responsible for Legacy’s Business Development, and he fulfills the role of Project Executive on select projects.

 

Brian received a Professional Degree in Architecture from Virginia Tech.  Despite excelling in the area of design, his true interest was in the construction process.  After working for several years with an architectural firm in Maryland, he returned to New Jersey and found his strength representing Owners on their projects as their Construction Manager.  Prior to forming Legacy Construction Management, Inc. in 2011, he worked for fifteen years for VCI, Inc., one of New Jersey’s leading construction management firms serving public entities.

 

Brian’s career in construction management began as an On-site Project Manager on educational facilities.  He was promoted to Project Executive and oversaw several Project Managers on educational and municipal facilities.  In 2001, Brian became a principal of VCI, Inc., and the name of the firm was changed to Vincentsen Thompson Meade, Inc.  He continued his role as Principal and Project Executive until forming Legacy Construction Management, Inc. with Keith Thompson in 2011.

Brian’s Construction Management experience includes representing Owners on public projects throughout the state of New Jersey.  His General Contracting experience includes the construction and reconstruction of single-family homes and house lifting following Superstorm Sandy.  Architectural experience including the production of construction documents for commercial buildings and single family and multi-family homes.

Keith Thompson  Vice President

Keith Thompson is a Principal and the Vice President of Legacy Construction Management, Inc. with over thirty-eight (38) years of experience in the fields of Construction Management, General Contracting, and Architecture.  He is responsible for overseeing Field Operations, and he fulfills the role of Project Executive on select projects.

 

Keith received a degree in Facilities Planning from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.  He became the Director of Facilities Planning and Field Operations for The Ryan Group where he was responsible for all corporate accounts in Manhattan.  He then became Project Manager/Job Captain for Tomaino & Tomaino Architects working on multi-million dollar projects including municipal and public school buildings.

 

Keith career in construction management began as On-Site Project Manager for VCI, Inc. overseeing project construction activity and ensuring compliance with contract documents.  He was promoted to Project Executive of the firm, and he was responsible for the On-site Project Managers.  In 2001, Keith became a principal of VCI, Inc., and the name of the firm changed to Vincentsen Thompson Meade, Inc.  He continued his role as Principal and Director of Field Operations until forming Legacy Construction Management, Inc. with Brian Meade in 2011.
