Legacy maintains complete independence—eliminating any conflict of interest. We work solely for the Owner, ensuring that every recommendation and decision reflects your best interest. That is our promise.
That independence is the reason our recommendations can be taken at face value. When we tell you a change order is valid and fairly priced, nothing turns on the answer except your budget.
